Return Policy

*What is your return policy?

Because many things are made to order we accept exchange only with special exceptions.You may always exchange for another size or a different garment on our shop for the same value. We always want you to be happy with your garments and accessories. However you must make your exchange with in 4 weeks of receiving your items. All items for exchange MUST be in brand new, unworn or altered condition. We do not accept garments back that have deodorant or any other stains. Please try on garments with care. Also Garments that have any odors IE: Cigarettes, Perfume etc are not returnable. Please contact us if you have any questions.

There are always exceptions to any rule, so please contact us directly if you have issue with exchange only and we are happy to work with you on this.

DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT AN RA# 

Please contact jl@jessicalouise.com for a return authorization number, do not just ship back items. We travel between locations you may be directed to ship to another location based on what studio we are working out of.
